Her work spans industries and audiences, from global tech firms to public sector bodies, having spoken for organisations such as Udemy, Warwick University, Irdeto, Barclays, and multiple FTSE 100 companies worldwide.

In addition to her public speaking, Toni is an executive coach who supports senior leaders in creating neuro-inclusive teams and working environments. She has worked with leaders and managers at Deloitte, the BBC, and other large organisations, helping them understand and support neurodivergent talent with confidence, empathy, and practical strategy.

A passionate advocate for authentic inclusion, Toni Horn combines professional expertise with lived experience as a neurodivergent woman and parent. Her sessions are known for being impactful, practical, and deeply relatable, resonating with audiences from HR teams to senior leaders.
